Yeah, I saw it too. We'll see. From the site:

"One benefit is that you do not have to sign up w/ your email to the
mail lists.

You can find your topic of interest, and view the articles and
comments, or post one of your own."

That last one sounds not-so-nice. It might well be a reason to ban
them.
