Ergh. I just realized that we probably should do something like this
on the FAQ page:

 This is the Common-lisp.net hosting FAQ, not a general Common Lisp
 FAQ. For questions related to the Common Lisp language as opposed to
 this website see: 

  link-to-faq

OTOH, most of the FAQs out there are kind of stale. Maybe we should host
both:

 - Common Lisp FAQ
 - Common-lisp.net hosting FAQ

?
