How about links to each project's repositories on the Projects page?
Only existing repositories would get a link, of course. And if some
project were to use multiple repositories (eg. both Arch, and CVS), they'd
get multiple links.

An high-effort alternative would be to merge them into viewrepo.cgi,
of course. ,) I'm not volunteering, though...
