How about:

Projects | Mailing lists | FTP | Hosting | FAQ

 Projects = list of hosted projects with links to their pages
 Mailing lists = mailman listinfo
 FTP = ftp://...
 Hosting = project-intro.html
 FAQ = faq.html
 
Projects-page obviously needs to be autogenerated, the easiest way to
go forward is to not include it yet.
