Yes, I meant the API as in base.lisp.

One more thing: perhaps I am missing something, but capitalize-word does not
work like in Emacs. In Emacs, I frequently find useful to go to the middle of a
word and type M-c in order to capitalize from that point to the end of the word
(similar with upcase-word and downcase-word). Is this difference intentional?
