[climacs-devel] base.lisp patches

Hi,

This fixes delete-indentation (it was deleting non-whitespace 
non-alphanumeric characters), provides shorter and (potentially) more 
efficient (backward-)delete-word and checks for an error case in 
number-of-lines-in-region.
