Just to avoid duplication of work, I've done, or changed names or
keybindings for, and will soon make available, the following:

* 'Kill Word' (M-d) and 'Backward Kill Word' (M-Backspace) (replacements
for 'Delete Word' and 'Backward Delete Word' that save the words to the
kill-ring)

* 'Mark Definition' (M-C-h)

* 'Not Modified' (M-~)

* 'Backward Sentence' (M-a), 'Forward Sentence' (M-e)

* 'Backward Paragraph' (M-{), 'Forward Paragraph' (M-})

* 'Backward Page' (C-x [), 'Forward Page' (C-x ])

* 'Count Lines Page' (C-x l)

* 'Set Fill Column' (C-s f)

* 'Beginning of Definition' (M-C-a), 'End of Definition' (M-C-e)

* Changed 'Goto Line' to be 1-based rather than 0-based
