[climacs-devel] CLIM backend

Hi,

I commited a couple of minor changes to get Climacs work for me. One of them is
the addition of a dependency on the clim-clx backend. Please feel free to
remove/condition it if it breaks your setup, as I am not very familiar with
CLIM and how other people use it.
