[clim-desktop-devel] Swine bugfix and package changes (patch)

I'm about to commit some changes to Climacs that will break
compatibility with Swine (package changes). Attached to this post is a
patch to swine-cmds.lisp that will make Swine work again. Also, the
patch fixes a bug related to lookup of argument lists, where an error
would be signalled if the given symbol was in an invalid package.
