You're not alone, this is a feature :)
No, in fact I haven't set boundaries yet. You can reproduce the same
thing with the mouse wheel or with a drag and drop.
Hit the Home key if you're lost.

Another thing, the info window is not already in double buffer. So
there is some flickering.
