[clbuild-devel] [PATCH] Support for mercurial repositories

This isn't quite a copy-and-paste of the other get_* methods.  I've
tried to keep the style consistent.  

* 'echo "foo"' not 'echo foo'
* [] not test
* $() not ``

If there are no gripes with this, I can do a cleanup of the other get_*
methods to make these consistent across the board.

There is also a patch for getting weblocks via mercurial, as it now
sits on bitbucket.org.
