[clbuild-devel] Problem installing Weblocks

Unfortunately I can't reproduce that. With a fresh checkout of
clbuild I can both install and load Weblocks and cl-containers.

There's a new conflict between moptilities and closer-mop but
there one can just hit the continue restart for the time being.
