[clbuild-devel] [PATCH] New command to rebuild all .asd symlinks

There are two patches:

* New function register .asd files for a project
* New command to rebuild all .asd symlinks

The first patch supports this with a new function, register_asd, to
factor out registering .asd files for a single project.
