[cl-xmpp-devel] Website updated and 0.8.1 released

As it turned out, 0.8.0 missed one essential fix which would cause
CXML errors when using cl-xmpp-sasl. This fix is now included in
0.8.1.

Also, I updated the website to give an example with jabber.org which
works if used with the right password and user settings (instead of
the old one which doesn't work with jabber - not even with the right
password and username).
