This is great!
I've tested it against SBCL 0.8.16, and  it's working beautifully!

small documentation suggestion:
instead of
(setf *wiki-directory* #p"/tmp/data/") ;; Pathname of a directory!

(setf wiki:*wiki-directory* #p"/tmp/data/") ;; Pathname of a directory!

I'll be testing it against openmcl shortly.
