This won't do it. For example:
METASYNTAX> (cl-who:with-html-output (*standard-output*)
(cl-who:fmt "~A" (car '((:p "foo")))))
(P foo)
NIL
I need something like:
METASYNTAX> (cl-who:with-html-output (*standard-output*)
(cl-who:evaluate (car '((:p "foo")))))
<p>foo</p>
NIL
