[cl-who-devel] Changing *attribute-quote-char*

I was not just playing with REPL, I tried to compile the code and reloaded
the image
(let ((*attribute-quote-char* #\"))
  (with-html-output-to-string (*standard-output* nil :prologue nil :indent
nil)
    (:html
     (:head
      (:title "title")
      (:meta :name "DESCRIPTION" :content "description")
      (:meta :name "KEYWORDS" :content "keywords")))))

but I still had a single quote in the resulting code.
