[cl-typesetting-devel] Page size?

I don't know if this is a problem with cl-pdf/cl-typesetting or  
Preview on OS X but here it is: when I create a document with a page  
size of a #10 envelope, its the right size but when I open it in  
Preview it doesn't recognize that it's not the default (letter) size  
and I have to manually tell Preview the correct size before I print  
it. Is there some magic bit of PDF goodness that cl-pdf could/should  
be including to let apps like Preview know the size of the document  
in this sense?
