I forgot the exact details, but I don't think so. It had something to
do with COND not being recognized as a macro (or as a special form),
so that ITERATE entered a recursive loop that it never get out of.

I suppose the iterate mailing list archive at common-lisp.net can
tell you the exact details if you're interested, but I don't have
time to look this up myself at the moment (I'm fighting a deadline).
