Hello,

Please advise how to output characters underlined into PDF.

What is the means for the form like follows?

Institution Phone: ___________
Institution Fax: ___________

Sometimes the fields have to be left blank, but sometimes - filled in with
text having the overal underline retained.

Can hrule be used accompanied by with-offset?
