Released a new version of cl-sqlite: 0.1.4

Changes:

* added test suite (based on FiveAM testing framework)
* changed foreign library definition to work on Mac OS X (thanks to Patrick 
Stein)
* removed the dependency on sqlite3_next_stmt function that appeared only in 
sqlite 3.6.0 (making cl-sqlite work with older sqlite versions)
