[cl-proc-announce] New version

Greetings,


A new version has been released. You can now acces a bit more 
information about running processes and the project itself had some 
functions (well, almost all functions but since there are only 5 of 
them) rewritten to a more generic approach.
In case you have some problems feel free to contact me in #lisp at 
Freenode, although I'm not sure I can help :)
