[cl-ppcre-devel] Can't load cl-ppcre 2.0.3 in ECL

Hi,

I am trying to run cl-ppcre 2.0.3 in ECL but can't. I encounter this 
error while trying to load the library:

Is this error due to cl-ppcre or ECL?
