[cl-ppcre-devel] download-link on frontpage

Hi Edi,

The link is OK for me too.
While we are there, it's the http://weitz.de/cl-ppcre/CHANGELOG that 
points to 1.2.13 changelog for me (since the release of 1.2.14, ie it's 
not new...)
