[cl-plus-ssl-devel] lets move to gitbub, because gitorious doesn't sent notifications about merge requests

So, I have created two github organizations:

  https://github.com/trivial-gray-streams/
  https://github.com/cl-plus-ssl/

added David Lichteblau as the organizations member,
coied the cl+ssl and trivial-gray-streams repositories to the corresponding organizations,
updated home pages at common-lisp.net,
opened a merge requests to quicklisp-contorller to user new repos,
deleted the gitorious repositories
