[cl-plus-ssl-devel] cl+ssl patch for Solaris oi-151a

Please consider the [referenced patch][1] for cl+ssl for finding the 
OpenSSL libraries on an Solaris oi-151a host, which should work for most 
post OpenSolaris-derived systems.
