[Cl-perec-devel] Installing CL-Perec

Try installing with quicklisp instead of cl-build. I think quicklisp
is the "standard" way of installing lisp packages nowdays.
Also, look at the darcs repositories found at http://dwim.hu or
http://dwim.hu/darcs
