We are using contextl from
http://common-lisp.net/project/closer/repos/contextl, maybe the web
site is out of date wrt that.

My current contextl repo is behind the head with 10 patches. It seems
to me that your problem is in contextl and not perec, try unpulling
some of the latest patches.
