[cl-pdf-devel] Removed old-pdf-encoding code, two functions of draw- family added

Hello folks,

I have just committed the below small changes and additions.

1) old-pdf-encoding related code was removed,
2) draw-text-on-next-line and draw-spaced-strings counterparts of
show-text-on-next-line and show-spaced-strings were added,
3) #<method initialize-instance :after (document)> now accepts the two more
key arguments:
   mode   for /PageMode in document catalog,
   layout  for /PageLayout in document catalog.
