Is it by design that pdf:draw-text doesn't take care of escaping dangerous characters (such as #\( and #\))? It's easy enough to deal from outside, now that I know what the problem is, but I was surprised to discover garbage in my PDF output when I tried to (pdf:draw-text "(something"). -Peter
