[cl-pdf-announce] Ful Unicode support

I've commited the latest version of cl-pdf to the cl-pdf repository.

Now there is a full Unicode support (16 bits) with char box metrics,
kerning, encoding, etc.

The full repository is here:

(It's a subversion 1.0 repository.)
