[cl-l10n-devel] arnesi dependency

dear list,

i just drop a note that it's on my TODO to create a trivial-encoding
project and give up the arnesi dependency in favour of a much lighter
lib like alexandria or maybe a simple duplicates.lisp file containing
some utils copied from here and there.

not in the next days, though.
