[cl-json-devel] Keyword arguments in json-rpc

Hi.

Here is a patch to add support for calling json-rpc methods with keyword
arguments in addition to the array style.  One test is included.  Hopefully
you'll find it useful enough to add to the repo.

The changes are pretty minimal, but if I've misunderstood something or you'd
like it changed in some way, please let me know and I'll correct it.
