[cl-irc-devel] Debian administration files in repository

Hi Peter,

I see Debian etch has much newer debian admin files associated with
its cl-irc package than the ones in the repository. Would you like to
update them? In case you don't, I'd rather remove the old ones from
the repository to prevent confusion.
