[cl-irc-devel] Switching cl-irc from trivial-sockets to usocket

Hi!

Other than that trivial-sockets has a bug where it forgets to include
sb-bsd-sockets on SBCL, usocket doesn't provide any additional functionality
(yet).

The path through which usocket will evolve in the comming weeks will allow
me to include support for DCC connections initiated by the cl-irc library.

Today, I released usocket version 0.1.0, which doesn't include a full stable
api, but the parts cl-irc uses (atm) probably won't change.

So, my question: can I switch cl-irc to usocket with your consent?
