No. AFAIK, libglade is deprecated in favor of GtkBuilder. And current version 
of Glade (Glade-3) also supports saving UI definition in format supported by 
GtkBuilder.
cl-gtk2 supports GtkBuilder (e.g., see gtk-demo:test-builder) so I don't think 
that there is a need to support libglade.
