On windows, this library seems to be called libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll. The same
for libgtk: libgtk-win32-2.0-0.dll.
It is certainly should not be necessary to manually create a dll (on windows
it is not so easy). Binary gtk+ distribution should contain those libraries.
