[cl-graph-devel] baby steps towards a CL-Graph user guide and reference guide

There are a lot of rough edges to CL-Graph and its (so called)  
documentation. The guide at

aims to start fixing this.

My hope is that laying out these docs will help everyone understand  
what is in CL-Graph, what needs to be removed and what should be  
added. I'll be undertaking this task over the next week or so of  
interstitial time. Your feedback will help the library focus on what  
it needs to be so feed away!
