Small changes to build-development-image.sh

Hi Attila,

I pushed two small patches to h.d.environment/build-development-image.

a) I couldn't build a dev image which had clon as a dependency because
of its dependency declaration:

  :depends-on (:net.didierverna.clon.setup
	       :net.didierverna.clon.core
	       (:feature :net.didierverna.clon.termio :net.didierverna.clon.termio)))

b) when mistyping the name of the image, there was no clear error
message
