[cl-dwim-devel] Export to ODS for book and chapter

Hello,

attached is the patch which makes book and chapter exportable and
renders them to an openoffice spreadsheet.

If you ask yourself why a book should be exported to oocalc, I don't
have a real answer :) I just needed an example.

I will continue with the table inspector.
