BTW, I recall when CFFI upstream considered this. They decided it was
best not to make cffi-uffi-compat.asd actually named uffi.asd since,
well, there's already a well-used package named uffi.asd already. So,
they don't call their clone uffi.asd.

It's similar to CLSQL and CommonSQL. While CLSQL is a clone of
CommonSQL, it doesn't use the same package names some that people can
use CLSQL and CommonSQL at the same time in a Lisp image.
