[cl-debian] Gtk+ bindings

Of all the GTK+ bindings for Common Lisp at [1] and , quite a long
time ago I packaged for my personal use cl-gtk [2].  I can prepare an
official package if needed.  It seems that René previously provided
Debian packages for clg [3].

However, I don't know which could be the best library to be packaged.
AFAIK the only one still developed is cells-gtk [4].
