Hello,

I fear I did not try on an testing machine, but on my two unstable machines it
just worked. Could you try to find out what is causing the problem by running
(as root)

strace -fe 'trace=file' -e 'signal=!SIGSEGV' \
  /usr/lib/common-lisp/bin/clisp.sh install-clc
and send me the output?

Groetjes, Peter
