There are still a few files non-free. As listed in debian/copyright we have:

|         ChangeLog (as this is a generated file it can be considered
|                    derivative of the others I assume)

|         HACKING
|         NEWS
|         PROBLEMS
|         README

As I already contacted the slime people about this on numerous occasions I 
suppose they do not consider this to be a problem. Maybe another (moderate, 
polite) voice would consider them to be in error.
