[cl-debian] Bug#364688: downgrading to important

As clisp only fails on a few architectures (sparcs and powerpc) I think I'm
justified in downgrading the bug.
After debconf (and my .mx trip) I will investigate the sigsegv. In the mean
time could you tell me:
- what version of clisp this is
- does
$ /usr/bin/clisp -norc -M /usr/lib/clisp/full/lispinit-orig.mem
work?
- if not, what does running it under gdb give:
$ gdb /usr/bin/clisp
...
(gdb) handle SIGSEGV pass nostop print
(gdb) run -norc -M /usr/lib/clisp/full/lispinit-orig.mem
