[cl-debian] Bug#356007: cl-pdf: package dependencies do not match cl-pdf ASDF dependencies

The cl-pdf ASDF system definition ends with this line:

:depends-on (:iterate #+use-salza-zlib :salza))

but the cl-pdf package does not depend on cl-iterate and
cl-salza. Loading cl-pdf fails if cl-iterate or cl-salza is not
installed.
