[cl-debian] Bug#351766: cl-iterate: FTBFS: Missing Build-Depends on 'dh-lisp'

When building 'cl-iterate' in a clean 'unstable' chroot,
I get the following error:

dh_lisp
make: dh_lisp: Command not found
make: *** [binary-arch] Error 127

Please add the missing Build-Depends on 'dh-lisp' to debian/control.
