[cl-debian] License of AspectL

Hello,

I have had a conversation with Pascal Costanza about the license of
AspectL, which would have to go to non-free.

He told me he was not aware of the problems with the Creative
Commons Attribution 2.0 license and was going to relicense AspectlL
under the BSD or MIT license. He is still needing some time to evaluate.

But fortunately, it seems AspectL does not need to go to non-free,
once he has made a decision. :)

His gpg-signed reply is appended, but in German.

Hallo Rene,

Viele Gruesse,
Pascal
