I've tentatively scheduled the first Lisp Workshop for Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 3:00pm at the Institute of Design[1] in downtown Chicago (right by the Clark/Lake El stop). More details to come, but I want to first confirm that this date works with the various volunteers who will be teaching.

Peter, could you follow up in this thread with a recap of what we discussed in the meeting? The topics, in particular, should be finalized. One additional theme that I realized should almost certainly be discussed is Common Lisp conditions. Are there any other topics that we forgot to vet?

The venue itself is an excellent one. Very big, tons of seating, speaker system, projectors and white boards galore. My point is that we won't have any facility needs go unmet.
