Forwarding Michael's response on to the list, in the hopes that this 
helps others.  I'm discovering an annoying aspect of this list: when you 
click on "Reply" or "Reply all" to any email sent to you via the list, 
you respond directly to the original sender.  I'm personally used to 
replies going back to the list, and I suspect that this confusing others 
as well, so be wary of this when making responses.  More to the point:

I'll be certain to take notes on 12-02, and I'll make those public for 
those unable to attend.  I'm definitely going to push for a regular 
meeting schedule, since this really helps in maintaining a structured group.
